The Tendenci developers have been working hard on an updated editing tool for your Tendenci newsletters!
Later this week, we'll be releasing an *optional* new Tendenci newsletter WYSIWYG editor for you to play with. You'll find much of the same functionality, but will enjoy an expanded editing space (no more scrolling - yay!), improved rich media embedding and a more consistent, better behaving editing experience.
WYSIWYG stands for: What You See Is What You Get. This new editor tool will help further ensure that you're seeing and achieving the formatting results you are looking for to keep your newsletters looking great.
You will have the option to stick with the original newsletter editor if you prefer, but we want to get your feedback on how this updated editor works for you and your orgainzation. Stay tuned for more news!
I can't wait to see the new newsletter editor! Thanks for continuing to work on improvements!

I like the new editor a lot. It's easier to edit more complex email templates. One problem - I have a lot of styles at the top of my template and it wraps a paragraph tag around the styles and adds comments and a body tag? If I change the p tags to style tags in the source and delete the comment tags it seems fine. My only issues so far are the above and also the fact that link styles and bold can be applied in a way I wouldn't expect i.e. not as per styles at the top of the template. This may be a problem with any WYSIWYG editor? Looking forward to next release!

One of the most important factors in Search Engine Optimization is the number of incoming links to your website, the relevance of the website linking to you, the anchor text used for the link, and the page ranking of the webpage linking to you. We have tried it and have found it very useful to increase our page rank on google. We are a tender information portal, www.tradereader.com. We used tenders as our anchor text. We suggest any site to try and increase the backlinks.
