Note: This only applies to people using the latest version of the firefox web browser which in this case is Firefox 3.
Our current wysiwyg (Text Editor), which is a 3rd party product created by Cutesoft, has an issue with text disappearing when you highlight it and then click the Insert Hyperlink button from the menu. We are aware of the issue and are currently in communication with Cutesoft support. You can view the support thread here. In the meantime, if you have both Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) installed, you can use IE7 to add/edit content.
